Kimberly Hugonnet has a diverse and unique point of view with an extensive experience in the fashion industry in both the United States and France.

She just left Lambert & Associates Paris, as the Global Sourcing and Trend Director for The Style Pulse, a digital discovery platform; where she was in charge of researching & selecting brands, creating reports as well as managing the team of expert's brand suggestions and report creation. She also had the opportunity to work closely with Neiman Marcus for both sourcing new collections and managing logistics during fashion weeks. She was responsible for the creation of retail innovation & trend reports for various clients, which portray new ideas in international retail and an overview of trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes and products for the season.

Prior to her role at L&A, she worked as a trend consultant for La Parisian where she provided in depth fabric trend forecasting reports based on clients specific needs.


Kimberly left New York a few years ago, where she was Vice President, Fashion Director for women's accessories at Macy's. She was responsible for giving fashion direction, creating trend forecasts and working closely with GMMs, DMMs and buyers as well as private label brands to ensure trend right product within the accessory assortments. She also worked closely with marketing to style fashion magazines.


Before arriving to New York, she worked in Paris for several years at Mint buying agency, where she managed accounts, travelled through Europe to source new brands, communicated trends and supervised private label production for various international stores and websites. Before Paris, she worked as a buyer in both men's and women's ready to wear at Macy's West in San Francisco.


These experiences have given her an understanding of buying, trend forecasting as well as a broad background of women’s & men’s ready to wear strategies, planning and analytical process.
